I provided one-on-one Personal training in the comfort of your own home or you can come to my home studio for your sessions.

Boot Camp Fitness classes welcome women of all ages and fitness abilities! Each session provides a 1 hour total body work out that includes:

*whatever you put into each class is what you will get out of it! Modifications for exercises can always be given to accommodate you!
Kettle & Core
-using only kettle bells to get an effective calorie burning, muscle toning and core toning workout! I will supply the kettle bells. You will need to bring a mat and indoor shoes!
Tabata & More
-Tabata training will raise your metabolism and heart rate up in no time. You will be performing a series of exercises at a very high intensity and your body will have to work much harder to keep up. This will cause your heart to pump faster and your metabolism to rise; which you want if you are planning on losing fat. Your metabolism will stay at a high not only during the workout, but after the workout as well. This means that your body will be burning fat even when you aren’t doing anything.You will need to bring a mat and indoor shoes!
Circuit Training
-8 to 10 stations will be set up using a variety of different equipment such as: kettle bells, Bosu balls, medicine balls, TRX bands and more! You will need to bring a mat and indoor shoes!
Off Ice Training
-All equipment will be provided.
Athletes will learn:-dynamic warm ups to use before getting on the ice and before a workout
-to train specific movement, and not just muscles
-healthy pre and post workout snacks
-to increase their cardiovascular, balance and core strength
