Vanessa Hensel is an amazing personal trainer. She is the perfect combination of tough and caring and defiantly knows how to push you to your limits. I was able to continue my circuits and eating habits after I finished working with her. I also participated in her boot camp and even in a large group of people she was able to help each person individually. Vanessa is easy to get along with and always there to help. She will never take no for an answer.

When I heard about bootcamp, I was excited and a little scared at the same time. I've heard of lots of people losing weight through a personal trainer, and thought it sounds like a great idea, to spend 2 nights a week with a trainer, learning new moves, losing weight, having fun and getting motivated.
I realized that it had been a long time since I had attempted a sit-up or jumped rope. There are often still some sore muscles after a workout, but I have a lot of fun and look forward to doing it.
I started bootcamp in October of 2010 and have lost 40lbs. I also quit drinking, changed my eating habits and continued to walk or bike a few times per week.
I cannot recommend Vanessa's bootcamp enough - don't be afraid to start something new!! You can modify the exercises as needed. Come on out and have some fun!!
